The hotel also provided free fresh coffee in the lobby and had useful facilities like laundry machines, vending machines, and a microwave on the second floor. The 24-hour 7-11 shop next to the hotel entrance was also very convenient. The front desk even helped me ship my baggage to my next hotel in Osaka, which was excellent service.

The room and bathroom were clean and provided all necessary amenities. The customer service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs.

One negative aspect is that breakfast is not available at the hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from.
